Reversing Oxygenated Fuel

My husband saw something on a auto parts shelf that claimed that it could 
reverse the effects of oxygenated fuel.  I asked him what it was called and he 
couldn't remember.

As usual, beginning the 1st tank after Nov 1, the 2000 has a tendancy to buck, 
sound rough and diesel for a long time.  Octane boost seems to help.

Does anyone know anything about this miricle de-oxygenated fuel liquid?
