BBN Auto Mechanics List

Of interest to BMW people in the Boston Area, the World Wide Web page:

Has a sort of consumer reports list of good and bad garages in the Boston
area. It's also available by FTP from nda.com, in /pub/auto.mechanics.  It
gets periodically posted to the USENET group ne.general.  The maintainer,
John Bowe, takes email opinions and adds them to the list.  If you fetch
it, you might care to give him your opinions.
