Gel Batteries/Speed Limits

Michael, I have used a Gel battery (Optima) in my 1600 for about a year 
with no problems.  You can buy a 12 volt one here in Seattle (at B&B) for 
$120, just raised from $90.  

Re speed limits, if people on this list would do two things we could get 
them changed.  One, write your member of Congress, especially the new 
ones, and tell them just what you told the list, i.e., this is a good 
first start at getting rid of intrusive government.  Second, join the 
National Motorists Assn.  There have been discussions about NMA on the 
list several times before, so I don't want to go into it, but if 
interested send me a message.
