Brake pads for 733i

What are the best brake pads that will give me the best bang for the buck.
I have Factory 14" wheels with AquaTreads (that may change).
Do the aftermarket pads have the slot to put the brake sensors.
My rear discs are thin (below Spec.). Should I replace them. I have new
ones up front.
