2002 Steering box noise?

	I have this annoying clicking sound from my steering box.
It happens when I turn left or right.  It's most apparent when
driving slow (i.e. lots of steering resistance) and moving the
steering wheel left and right....thus resulting in lots of clicking.

Could this be a worn out box?  Or is that it needs some adjusting?
It was tightened up at the shop a little while ago... maybe too
tight?

And can someone tell me how to adjust the steering box?  
OUt of all the pages in my factory manual, this one seems to be
missing!
