Can anyone recomend a good BMW mechanic in the Washington, DC area?  Preferably
 near Old Town, Alexandria?  I have a European 318i that isn't used to a catyli
tic converter and is not happy.  The state made us put the cat back on when we
moved here...  It doesn't sound good, and is running a little rough.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks, Sean
