Koala Motorsport (http://www.koalamotorsport.com) has owner's literature 
for sale, however
it appears that the latest they have for the 5-series is 1998 in stock 
and 1999 out-of-stock.
They have the 2000 M5 owner's manual, however. Since you're looking for 
2000 and up,
http://www.bmwusa.com has the "owner's circle" portion of the site 
which, after registering for
free and entering your vehicle's VIN number, has the complete owner's 
manual for the 5-series and
every other vehicle produced by BMW since 2000.
