[bmw] water in gas all BMWs

Gentlemen
Water always condenses within the gas tank. Airspace + cool walls =
condensate.
It collects in the fuel filter. If the filter freezes, the engine
can be hard to start, but flowing fuel will "punch a hole" thru the
ice most times.
A filter change is the cheapest/easiest place to start. Gas
additives just carry the water forward from the filter to the
injectors.
If you suspect water, change the filter, then use an additive.
