Scott,

     You can use the original spare with no problem, I don't know if your
new tires
are the same size height wise as the old ones but the spare won't mess up
the
speedometer.  If you went to a larger or smaller circumference tire then
your
speedometer will be off already.

As far as getting the old tires off you can take them to a tire shop and
have them
removed for a small fee plus disposal.
