Oil Changes

Thanks for all the input WRT my new xi's 15k oil change intervals...I've had
alot of very simmaler theories.

On another note I am in the process of purchasing a nice 99 M roadster with
12k on the clock. Are there any reliability or problem areas that I should
address on this beast to increase reliability and enjoyment? BMP is pushing
this little aluminum thermostat housing to replace the plastic one for
example, sounds logical. Thoughts?
