Waterpump on 88 E30
If you got that mileage out of the original pump, consider that you got MORE
than your money's worth and treat the car to a new one!
I replace mine every time the timing belt is replaced - 60K miles. You're
doing the same amount of labor essentially. Good time for new belts,
distributor cap and rotor as well since they're right there.
Get a copy on the Robert Bentley E30 repair manual, ~$35, and learn more
about the car - might even tempt you to do some of the work yourself so you
can put the $$ saved towards the Works upgrade on your Mini S!
