Replacement roof-rack keys for E34 Wagon

I just got a 1992 525it (touring/wagon) and the previous owner did not
have the keys for the factory roof-racks. 

I checked with a local lock shop and my local BMW dealer and neither could
help me.

Any suggestions on a place to get a replacement key? I figured with the
code stamped on the lock it would be easy.
