[alfa] Steering methods redux

I too have been conscious of what is normally as automatic as walking i e 
my steering method. I find I use the sloppy old overhand method for low 
speed maneuvers like parking or moving off from a driveway but 
automatically switch to the shuffle method when vehicle speed goes above 
about 20 km/hr. I definitely use the shuffle method for any challenging 
driving.

One handed steering anyone?
