Thanks, that was our second stop after checking and replacing the switch.
The relay is getting power, is switching when the brake pedal is pushed, and
sending +12v out the other side. So the problem is definitely after this
point.

Rex,
If all lights are out, it is probably the relay that is located behind the
false firewall in the engine bay. You should also check out the brake pedal
switch. Based on my own experience
