[alfa] head nut torque

Call me lucky or call me stupid, but after the initial re-torque of the head
on my 91 Spider, head gasket replaced under warranty at about 1500 miles, I
have never re-torqued the head. I now have 205,000+ miles on it and no leaks.
I have also never over heated the motor either. I drive it hard but never put
it away wet, old horse reference. After a hard run I drive it normally until I
feel the temperatures are all about where they should be, or let it run at a
fast idle for awhile before stopping it.
