You'd need to figure out a way to pull a vacuum on them, with a vacuum gauge
connected to the booster. (a handheld vacuum pump with a gauge on it comes
to mind, you'd have to get creative with some adapters.)
Pull a vacuum and see if it holds. If it does it is good, if not it is bad.
