[alfa] 164 hood hinges

i seem to have a bit of a conumdrum.

the right side hinge on my 164 broke early this week. i got replacements
for both hinges from DiFatta. i replaced the right side hinge this morning,
but didn't get it adjusted quite right, and now i can't get the hood open
to make the needed correction.

what is the recommended procedure here? i saw some mention of this
in the 164 FAQ, but not a lot of detail.
