[alfa] factory exhaust quality

Even CISAM exhaust pieces can be of not-great quality.  I have a full
factory CISAM on my Giulia Super, and the middle muffler starting to rust
through within about four years, in mild California.  I don't have recent
experience with Ansa, but the older systems I used and help install were
always a tough fit.
