[alfa] Car useage and highway damage

Puleeze... the damage to highways is almost exclusively caused by heavy 
trucks.  You could drive the average street car over an average highway 
essentially forever and cause NO damage or wear. Ridiculous argument. Of 
course, the only truly fair way to allocate road usage costs is by imposing 
a FUEL tax.

Aren't Alfa's wonderful (obligatory Alfa content) ?
