Jason,
 thank you so much. The digest once again proves to be an amazing resource. I 
figured that the housing was grounded at there was no need to wire the white 
wire. I was too scared to do so without knowing for sure. I'm about to drive 
the spider cross-country, so having this properly wired will be important.
