[alfa] Re: GTV6 Linkage

Can't help you with a schematic (the shift linkage isn't even MENTIONED in the shop manual AFAICS!), but I just had it done on my '86 ( I also had the black-painted shift lever replaced with a longer chrome section cut from a Spider shift lever) and I think that I can guarantee that you will literally be shocked by the difference a "new" Milano linkage will make in the shifting of the car. Mine changed from being a vague, sometimes balky and downright recalcitrant affair to the precision of a freshly-minted race car! Enjoy!

Does anybody know of (hopefully on the web) a schematic of the late
GTV6/Milano shift linkage. I have linkage rebuild kit and will start
replacing the parts of my orginal owner 83 gtv6 with a late Milano shift
linkage on it. Before I start I would love to see a schematic. Terry
