[alfa] '74 GTV wiper noise

There is a mechanical noise coming from the right, passenger side 
of the wiper assembly under the slotted body work right in front of 
the windshield.  I am assuming it's a loose nut or fitting of some 
sort.  What do I need to know or to do to get at this and to fix it?  
(I have the Braden bible and GTV manuals.)
