Earl,

The spider you saw is for sale.  It is listed in Il Mercato section of
the Alfa Owner Magazine for $40k large.  It has 13,800 miles, a 1.8
T-spark, 5 speed, and with papers making it USDOT legal.  I saw it weeks
ago on I-5 south of Seattle and almost received a violation trying to
catch-up.
