[alfa] Alfa History

I just joined the list and am trying to track down some history on the Alfa
GTV series. I recently bought a 74 (or 75?) GTV and am not sure what year it
is. The fellow I bought it from said that it was a 74 but the registration
says 75. The car was built in 09/74 and has a 5spd gearbox . Where do I find
info on what models had what options etc and how to definitely identify it?
If anyone could point to the best books or internet sites that would be
greatly appreciated. I have spent quite a bit of time surfing the web but
can only come up with the rough year span of manufacture.
