[alfa] RE- free bodies in Atlanta
Come on, somebody get these cars!!!
We've been talking about the ultimate DSP autocrossing Alfa on the racing
group- this is someone's chance!
Think about it:
No wheels- no big deal- I found 15x8 Mustang wheels on e-bay for $80!
High perf Springs? Get new ones from a Stockcar store for $40 apiece!
(1200lb front to start with)
Same place will sell you 75% of what you need for a panhard rod...
Engine? Where are we going? GRM Challenge? I'll tell you how to boost
one, but you need to do the work.
For a real DSP car- there are some nice choices out there.
And you could even go IT racing- where the spare body WILL come in handy,
right Russ??
I know it's a project, but this is for fun!
Don't ask me to get it- I'm just finishing up with my Spider, and are
starting on a GT Jr. for another Challenge and ultimately for vintage
racing. Speaking of which- while the car might be older than '74, it's
highly likely that with a carb'ed engine, you would be allowed since the
car is basically the same (when race prep'ed) as a '72-74.
