[alfa] fuel filter help

I've got one of these (with a glass bowl not metal though)

on my 72 GTV that was converted to webers, and am having trouble locating a replacement filter.  The filter itself says "technocar B39" on it.  I have checked the usual places but haven't seen one.  Anybody have any suggestions?
