Actually, as I understand it from the scientific/medical standpoint, you can
only get Mad Cow if you eat the brain and/or spinal cord. That would mean
hamburg or all-beef hotdogs... meat from body muscle would be fine!
So...please don't worry about eating steaks or roasts...and (shameless plug)
Certified Angus Beef is as good as it gets!!
I attended the American Angus' Association's Centennial Celebration barbecue
in St. Joseph, MO where they cooked for 2000 people and they served 'CAB'
New York Strip steaks...gave us plastic forks and knives to use...almost
didn't need the knives...I swear!!! Honest!!!
