I've never encountered window tint specifically, but in other situations 
that involved removing sticky residue from hard surfaces, I concluded that 
Citrol does a better job than Goof-Off, UnDu, and another product that I 
forget the name of.  I've actually come to like Citrol so much that I 
convinced my employer to sell it for almost no profit:
