[alfa] 164 "Tune-up Light" suggestions

I plan to do a topical (as compared to internal) "tune up" of the 164S over
the Christmas break.  The car is running OK but I am looking for a few extra
horses that may be accessible.   What are your suggestions for:

Coil
Cap/rotor - OEM
Plugs (replaced about 6k ago should be OK)
Plug wires (not interested in the super expensive stuff)
Air filter (other than standard - not interested in K&N)
