[alfa] spider heater valve

I know I've asked this before, but can somebody tell me how long it should
take to replace the heater control valve on a 1992 Spider? Assume all proper
tools and that I am a competent amateur mechanic. It doesn't look all that
tough to me, but the shop is quoting me 6 hours to R&R the thing. Thanks.
