I highly recommend the Alfa Club of Oregon website for
complete Spica tuning info.  They have the most
detailed, yet straightforward setup procedure
around--and it works!  I did my '78 the "Oregon way"
and it never ran better.

Tried many other methods before and the results were
never as good...
