Re[alfa] WTB: Your Old Spica Manuals/Spider Workshop Manuals

Hi Tom:

Here's a link to a good Spica tune-up procedure:

http://alfaclub.org/techstff/tunespca.htm

Wes' manual is still something you'll want, though, and I hear there's a newer edition recently published. As far as the rest of the car goes, pick up one of the factory shop manuals that you'll see on eBay. The years available are usually for the mid-'80's Spider's, and you should be able to pick one up for less than $40. Virtually all the major mechanical parts are the same, from the mid-'60 through the mid-'90's, and the newer manuals are pretty nice. I'd stay away from the CarDisk CD's. The interface sucks, lots of info is missing, and it's just easier to flip through a manual. For the best wiring schematic, get one of Centerline's (~$10). They're enlarged from the original, and laminated in plastic so you can mark them.

hey guys,

If any of you want to get rid of your old Wes Ingram, factory Spica
manuals, and/or any kind of workshop
manuals for a Coda Tronca Spider [ 70-74 : ) ] let me know off the list.

TIA!
