[alfa] Facet fuel pumps

Running these, or any other pump, dry is asking for failure....you wouldn't
assemble a rebuilt engine dry and then start it up to suck up the lubrication,
would you.....of course not.....
Mount the pump near the gas tank and as low as practical and you will have no
problems..a. squirt of WD40 in the inlet of a new pump wouldn't hurt
either....
