With the radio power on, press and hold the band switch [BND] until the
code disappears.  Reenter correct code.

Also to activate/ deactivate flashing theft deterrent warning light (Red
blinking light): With radio switched off, press and hold band switch
[BND] until deterrent is activated or deactivated.
