Trademarks are industry specific. The name may still be protected for
automobile related uses, but in financial and/or credit card industry it
may not be, and thus this card.

Or, more likely, a clueless marketroid like the sound of duetto and used
it. Alfa, Fiat, GM, anybody? Care to protectt the name?
