[alfa] wide band 02 sensors

There has been a lot of talk in the past few days about using 02 sensors
with an external monitor such as a Haltech and others for tuning and proper
adjustment of fuel mixture.



As has been mentioned conventional 02 sensors operate in a very small range
which can make tuning and adjustments difficult. Many tuners today are using
wide band sensors along with a wide band meter which until now has been a
bit too pricey to be practical for occasional or one-time use.



There are some that have come on the market recently that are more
reasonable. Still not terribly cheap, but reasonable enough so that you
could have one for occasional use or leave in a car permanently if you
wanted to.
