Fellow digesti: Does anybody have experience with Algar Ferrari, the authorized Alfa Romeo dealer in Philadelphia, for work on newer Alfas, more specifically the 164?

Is it easy to get to talk to a mechanic, or do they have "service specialists" (i.e. clueless middle men) who take care of communication between the customer and the mechanic?

How about electrical troubleshooting? This seems to be the weak point in most shops.
