[alfa] re: Transmission question
Are the inner and/or outer shifter boots on to far? I was told not to slide them too far over the trans case when installing them. When putting the gear selector in reverse if the boots are down too far, they will put pressure on the gear selector possibly popping it out of reverse.

Charlie, Reverse will pop when the console is off so it is not a matter
of interference. As well as changing the transmission mounts, the
engine
