[alfa] At long last

Following months of debilitating network and FrontPage problems I'm
finally able to spin web again and so the Cowpoke Racing website has
finally been updated.  Not much new in Alfaville but there are some
pictures of the new single project and some news on the CS.  Check it
out at your own risk.  Dial-up users may find it painful as there are
some rather large images there.............apologies in advance.
