[alfa] Spica system pressures

With  the recent discussion on Spica fuel system pressures, the following specs are from the 1972 Alfa fuel injection manual pub. #2057.

Injector opening pressure - 360-400 PSI for new injectors - 260 PSI minimum for used injectors.
Minimum fuel pressure - 7.1 PSI
Pressure relief valve - 16-18 PSI

I recall reading somewhere in a non-Alfa publication (I think) that the fuel supply pump volume needs to be 0.7 gals/minute minimum.
