[alfa] cant justify car fax cost lol

hi digest i am thinking of buying a volkwagon passat...with 118k miles

but i am not sure about its title history.....i already ran 2 car faxes on on 
other cars i thought i was going to buy and it was $34 ..what a waiste..

does anyone have a monthly susbscription to car fax .and justify spending 
another 20 bucks on a car with a bad history =(..i would really really appreciate 
if you could run this vin "WVWEE83A4TE152025"   
     i know its not alfa related...please forgive my soul!!
