i actually can't say. many contributions don't show the list, and it would
be a lot of work to try and figure the ratios out. i don't think it's worth
that kind of effort to find out what is ultimately a really useless fact.

i do have to say that those who did contribute are generous, and so i don't
want to sound like a whiner.
