When I asked a year or so ago, the advice I got was:

Go to the autoparts store and buy pre-flared tubing in the size you need. They seem to stock 10", 12" 14", 18", 36" pieces. Ask for European Metric Bubble Flares (the Japanese bubble flares are different.) Also buy one of the little bending tools (real cheap) and just bend to fit.

It's really simple.
