Hi Scott:

Try your Yellow Pages, and look for hydraulic hose places.  There's a great 
place here in Tampa (Amazon Hose), and I'd have to guess that most cities 
have something similar.  I bent all the hard lines for my '74 Spider, and 
then took them to the hydraulic shop and had the flares done for around $20 
for the whole set.  You might even be able to have it done at a NAPA store, 
but ask about those ISO bubble flares, as you won't see them on domestic cars.
