[alfa] 1750 Exhaust Stud

I don't know why it took me so long to notice but the bottom exhaust stud on
cylinder 4 is broken. Do I need to pull the head to change this stud or can it
be done in the car? Any tips on how to do this? I have a reverse pitch carbon
drill bit and some easy outs that I used to remove a broken exhaust stub on an
old Saab but that one was a bit easier to get to.

Would driving several thousand miles with the broken stud warp the exhaust
manifold? When I did the one on the Saab, the new stud broke fairly quickly.
