Light Bulb Cross Reference

I need to replace the license plate light bulb in my 1969 Boat-Tail. The
bulb is marked as "Focus 12 volt 5 watt".  This is the correct voltage
and wattage as called out in the owners manual.

Has any one created a cross reference for the Alfa Romeo light bulbs to
those the automotive parts stores?
