you can try:
1. Stick the alternator in a vise, and a big screwdriver in an alternator hole to keep the internal guts from turning.
2. Put a belt around the pulley, then use a vise to sinch the remaining exposed belt loop (squeeze the rest of the belt together in the vise to form a lollipop shape). The alternator will hang off the side of the vise, but the pulley won't turn.
Using an impact wrench will help break it free.
