164 door

Any idea what causes that? Does the lock mechanism need to be replaced? 
Is there a spring broken? Did you have a locksmith evaluate it? Four 
times! Bless you, you're more patient than I.
Thanks for the enlightenment. Hopefully, since this has not been talked 
about before not a 'when' but maybe an "'If' this ever happens."

Its easy to poke the thing without dismantling the door once you know what to poke. Just open the window fully.
