Re: Spica flat spot at 4200

I drove an acquaintance's 2L Alfetta this weekend and was impressed with the 
really nice power band it had with Shankle cams in it. The car really went! 
There was a weird flat spot right at 4,200 rpm, it burbled on acceleration in a 
manner very similar to the burbling you normally get on deceleration. Any 
ideas on what's involved here? The car has a Marelliplex.
