well, the Alan Wilson part is very positive. i sat in his presentation on
track safety at the SCCA national convention in denver a couple of years
ago, and was mightily impressed. he knows what has to be done to make a
track safe.

i'll presume for the moment that it's well funded. hopefully the builders
understand the economics of race tracks in the northeast, and don't have
any false hopes about where the income is going to come from.
